Dr. Paul M. Bernstein is co-founder and clinical director at Corporate Performance Services.  Corporate Performance Services specializes in guiding employers through the selection, development, and promotion of its most valuable resource… its people.  Dr. Bernstein has been in the psychological testing field for over thirty five years and has a wealth of expertise in both corporate and clinical arenas. 

Dr. Bernstein earned his doctoral degree in counseling from Ohio University and also holds two graduate degrees in psychology.  Dr. Bernstein is an associate professor in the Department of Psychology, Counseling, and Special Education at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, where he has taught psychological testing for many years.  Dr. Bernstein is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania and belongs to the American Psychological Association and the American Counseling Association.   Dr. Bernstein is also on staff at two local hospitals where he utilizes his clinical expertise.   In the Pittsburgh area, Dr. Bernstein and Corporate Performance Services have built successful relationships with companies such as II IV(TwoSix), Federal Reserve Bank, over thirty-five municipalities, and the City of Pittsburgh.

Domenic Verdini M.S.Ed., L.P.C. is co-founder and President of Corporate Performance Services. Corporate Performance Services guides employers in hiring and developing a superior workforce. Corporate Performance Services utilizes its wealth of experience and the field's most reliable assessments to deliver exceptional results to its clients. Domenic received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Westminster College and completed his graduate work from Duquesne University in 1998. For over ten years, Domenic has worked with companies both large and small to improve and develop their employees. Domenic has worked on staff at companies and brings a unique and well developed awareness of corporate success. Domenic has also presented at numerous professional conferences. As President of Corporate Performance Services his responsibilities include business development, strategic planning and clinical presentations.
